This onion peeling machine uses compressed air as power source, through strong swirl air blow peel the skins, the whole process adopts no bubble water,without knife cut, no wear design, completely through the air dry peeling, to ensure the integrity of onion greatly,suitable for vegetable processing factory.
 

During the peeling works, if finding the Peeling result not good as before (peeling ratio goes down), please discharging the peeling barrel and washing it.

After 2~3 days running, user should open the peeling barrel and clean it so that onion skin will not block it.
 

Often check whether pressure is above 5~6Kg, whether lubrication oil is enough, whether the waste of filtering cup should be discharged.
 

Checking the air compressor, often drainage the water inside of air compressor, keep air compressor dried, or it will indirectly affect the life of Onion Peeling Machine.

 

When adjusting the machine, to use proper tool, it is forbidden to use tools too much or too hard to split a part avoid attaint parts or affect the filling machine’s performance.
